Focus Point Consulting is a consulting firm owned and operated by Jay Bettinger. He is an inventor, business owner, product developer and adjunct professor. He has been a corporate, business and technology attorney for 25 years, last working as Los Angeles corporate partner with Holland & Knight, a Top-30 USA law firm. He is an expert in joint ventures and advising on private equity acquisitions.
Mr. Bettinger has advised numerous companies from start to exit on countless aspects of business affairs. His education includes an MBA in finance and an advanced post-doctorate law degree in tax.
