Our clients, transactions and projects are generally between $20 million to $5 billion.  We tend to work with businesses with targeted exit valuations of $500 million or more. We work on private equity deals or strategic acquisitions.  We can advise on smaller acquisitions for purposes of rolling them up into a larger enterprise.  We may advise on smaller matters on a case-by-case basis.

Multi-national or large clients may desire to spin-off, split-off or commercialize a division or new technology and tap our resources to achieve intended outcomes. We may be contracted to work with business divisions owned by publicly traded companies. We tend to work more with privately owned businesses and the high net-worth individuals and family offices that own them.
