Focus Point Consulting is committed to helping clients, advisors and other stakeholders become more knowledgeable and educated when it comes to transactions and business affairs. We plan to work with others to make information available that caters to different levels of business experience.
Leveraging Mr. Bettinger’s time as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School and teaching numerous seminars to professionals over his professional career, Focus Point Consulting is open to providing learning opportunities to clients in following manner:

Why Training is Important: Each type of transaction presents unique issues that are relevant to the industry and size of the transaction. Training helps participants become familiar with the vocabulary and subject matter surrounding particular transactions. Participants learn privately without the pressures associated with actual transactions.

Transaction School
Focus Point Consulting believes additional structured learning about transaction and business affairs through Transaction School would be advantageous to owners, investors, business executives, trustees and professional advisors. Transaction School is a learning platform for training participants to engage in business transactions. Labs - Deal Simulations:
Focus Point Consulting believes engaging in mock transactions and simulation training gives participants knowledge and experience on business transactions and prepares participants for significant negotiations. Focus Point Labs aims to create a simulated environment for participants to participate in mock transactions in various roles of a transaction.
